Tracking data

Your application-tracking data (checked documents, stages, expiry date) is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and we have no access to it.

Support form

If you request support through our form, the information you choose to provide (situation, contact details) is stored in a secure database hosted in Europe and used solely to process your request and get back to you, by phone or email. You will not receive any commercial communications. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted on request at contact@permisejour.ch.

Contact by email

If you write to us at contact@permisejour.ch, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are never shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses neither advertising cookies nor third-party trackers, and no analytics tool is currently in use. If a privacy-friendly (cookieless) tool is ever added, this section will be updated before it goes live.

Your rights

The data controller is 99 Pourcents SNC (see the legal notice). Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contact@permisejour.ch.
